Graphics and Sound

One heck of a sandstorm.
The graphics in this game are very nice.  Though it is no Doom 3, the soldiers and the environments are very convincing.  The animations for the soldiersâ?? movements are very fluid and smooth, at times almost lifelike.  In the environment, you will see destroyed cars with flapping doors, magazines and newspaper strewn about the ground, crumbled walls, sofas, and even bathtubs.  The insurgents just about put anything in the street to use as blockades and cover.  The walls and buildings have posters (some even from the real war in Iraq).
Let me see your identification!
The ragdolls are realistic to some extent.  When getting hit by bullets, sometimes you fly just a bit too far, as if there were some moon physics.  Other than that, the graphics are well done.

The sounds in the game are good as well.  When your squads move you can hear buckles clink, and can hear the gravel as your squad travels from point to point.  The ricochets of bullets near your squad are well emphasized.  However, sometimes I saw my guys shooting, but did not hear gunfire.  In some parts of the cities, I heard the same voice quite often in the ambient sounds.
